Blackberry have a nice shiny new phone that seems to be doing well in its first week of sale in Europe, specifically in the UK. What it didnt have until today was a Board of Directors with experience.
Introducing former Verizon VP Richard Lynch, and (oddly) Bert Nordberg. He is the former CEO of Sony Ericsson who have done much better since he was deposed last year and they rebranded to Sony. An interesting choice for a company who have themselves just disposed of a bunch of Directors and rebranded for a fresh start. What goes around, comes around I guess.
