A 5-inch screen now powered by a Full HD (1080p) Super AMOLED display with 441 ppi. The evolution, or should that be revolution of mobile devices continued un-abated tonight as Sumsung unveiled its latest in the Galaxy range – the S4. Taking a lot of its design from the Galaxy predecessor – S3 – it has also inherited camera functionality from the Galaxy Camera launched last summer.
On the inside, it has a processor setup that will be an Octa-core Exynos 5 or Snapdragon depending on the region, along with 2GB of RAM. 16, 32 or 64GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2,600mAh battery.
Samsung had a good thing on its hands with the Galaxy S3, and it’s not willing to compromise much of the tried-and-true with the S4. It will launch globally in Q2. Until then, you’ll just have to be patient…
